Capstone 2023

Over a year after the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act (2022), progress reports revealed the significance of implementation methodology after this groundbreaking policy was been enacted. This Capstone project seeks to answer: How can program delivery be improved to connect underserved communities with climate-centered resources for residential electrification?

This research was conducted for a client, Wildgrid Home, seeking to develop information on how best to serve low- to moderate-income households for equitable electrification. Through extensive research including literature reviews, case study comparisons, and interviews with twenty participants, this report produced adaptable strategies for Electrification Implementers.
